Version 2.5.0 adds several new features:

• The ability to specify CORS behavior for Jakarta REST by way of specifying rest.cors.* values in xsp.properties
• Support for specifying in-NSF Servlets using the @WebServlet annotation, which will then be available beneath /xsp/ in the NSF's URL space

Beyond features, this release fixes several bugs and improves the usage of stock binaries of upstream APIs and implementations instead of local forks.
