"The customer Diversey Switzerland Services GmbH is a leading brand of sustainable cleaning, sanitation and hygiene solutions. As a part of Sealed Air, Diversey branded products are helping create a new global leader in food safety and security, facility hygiene and product protection.

Diversey used an old version of Lotus Notes for their offer-to-order process, which was not in line with the market anymore. The developer team of WebGate Consulting AG created a new frontdesk, based on myWebGate (openNTF Edition 1.1). This new web application is running on the IBM XWork Server in the IBM SmartCloud. Diversey is working much more efficient now, caused by the improved, webbased and modern CRM-tool."
