Video: Import XPages Controls from OpenNTF into Designer
Posted by

Some days ago I
blogged
about a preview of the new controls import tool from Guo Yi and Chen Yang Jun. The implementation is almost done and we hope to deploy the tool soon on OpenNTF.
I've created a video that shows the tool in action, both from a consumer and contributor point of view. The video shows how developers can import controls and how controls can be exported and packaged so that they show up in the list of controls in the import dialog. Essentially contributors need to add a file to their releases that defines which design elements/files are needed for the core control (without unit tests, etc.).
