Multilingual Support System translating Chats
Posted by

As part of the
OpenNTF XPages Development Contest
sponsored by
We4IT
, Chintan Parekh has developed a
multilingual support system
.
The application provides functionality for customers to initiate chats with a support assistant. Since it's common that the support assistant is located in another country, the application uses a Microsoft translation service to translate the text messages in both directions.
The best way to understand this application is to see it in action. So check out the
mini video
.
