New Project: Intercept Requests/Responses from Domino Web Services

Simon O'Doherty has contributed a new project. This project allows you on Windows to intercept the SOAP request/response from a Domino Web Service. This can be helpful in diagnosing your Web Service with live data, rather then through a SOAP debugging application.
