Improvements to Full Text Search on OpenNTF Web Site

We've implemented a couple of improvements for full text search. We use the tool
NCT Search
to do these multi database searches. Thanks to NCT for providing this.
The biggest functional change is that you can now search the blog entries, home page documents and the catalogs in addition to the projects. Furthermore we've implemented an infrastructure so that you can search for source code of cleared project releases. For example when you now search for "semanticTagService.js" the search functionality will return a link to the Business Card control in the Apache catalog.
