Load a default facet for a Dynamic Content control client-side

When using a Dynamic Content control, you can set a property to load a default facet. However, if you link to a specific facet using a hash value in the url (such as page.xspp#content=xyz), you will see the default facet first before the content switches to the requested facet.

If you remove the defaultFacet property from your Dynamic Content control, you will not see this "flicker" when linking directly to a specific facet. If you then combine it with this client-side Javascript, you still have the option to load a default facet if no facet is specified in the URL.
