This resolves the issue of the toolbar's comboboxes not displayed correctly if you use Twitter Bootstrap in combination with the CKEditor.

Add this to your custom CSS and the combos will be displayed correctly.
The reason for this is the CSS in Bootstrap that sets all elements (*) to a box-model of "border-box" which is not correctly handled by the markup/CSS of the Editor.
