When new mails arrive, a window will popup to show the list of new mails. You can double click on messages to open them.
Here is the notification window:



You can change the look and feel of the notification window and the behavior via preferences:

After a while it starts popping up notifications about 'new mail' that are basically documents in my send folder :-? How can I delete this component? it does not appear in my widgets sidebar panel...
